First things first, is CBD a legal substance for athletes? The answer is YES! At the beginning of 2018, the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) removed CBD from the list of prohibited substances – in or out of competition.

So if it isn't strictly classed as a 'performance enhancer', why is it still being recommended by amateur and professional athletes?
