Meryl is a Health & Lifestyle coach and NLP Coach, as well as a Great Britain international ultrarunner, having represented her country at the trail running world championships in 2019 and competed in high profile races around the world, including the UTMB series of races in Chamonix France. She is also a running coach and physical education teacher. Her experiences allow her to promote the best possible learning experience, environment, motivation and mindset shifts needed to help her clients achieve their goals.
